Are All the Lupin the Third Parts the Same Continuity
The Witch of the 4th Dimension is the 23rd episode of Lupin the 3rd Part 2.
Synopsis
Lupin is feeling out of sorts, because lately he hasn't been able to get a hold of Fujiko. When he receives a phone call saying that she'll marry him if he passes her test, he takes off, but what he finds waiting for him is Fujiko's aunt, Bujiko Mine. The test is, either find Rommel's Gold, or pay for failing to do so with his life. Lupin throws himself into deciphering ancient hieroglyphics and almost gives up, but Fujiko's holographic image keeps him going.

Translation Notes
In the Japanese original, after the chief (Lupin in disguise) asks Zenigata to leave, the Inspector deferentially does so. In the English dub, Zenigata brazenly feigns coughing and sneezing to insult the chief as he leaves.
Notes
- The English Geneon title is a play on the term "anti-ballistic".
- This is one of the few episodes in Part 2 that provides some form of continuity, directly referencing the events of Episode 7.
- The episode also references the 1941 film The Maltese Falcon.
